Cody McCall
MA, LMHC
The Professional Basics: I earned an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University in 2019. I have worked in private and group practice settings in the greater Seattle Metro area. My clinical focus is in Narrative Sex Therapy, working with the queer, Trans, Poly/ENM, Kink, and trauma populations. Before my work as an LMHC, I spent nearly eight years in the field of Crisis Counseling and suicide prevention. Currently, I am in the final stages of my Ph.D. in Counseling Education and Supervision at Saybrook University. Alongside my clinical practice, I am an affiliate faculty member at Seattle University, teaching in their Online Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. Classes I have taught:
The Personal Basics: My husband and I are dog dads to three pups, a Beagle, a Rottweiler, and a Bernese Mountain Dog. Being born and raised in Washington, I am deeply connected to all things PNW. We often corral the dogs on hikes and camping trips. I'm one of those weirdos who loves the rain, fall, and all things overcast. I'm also deeply connected to the nerd community. We play D&D and other TTRPGs weekly and often host board game nights. It is very easy to get me going on a tangent about the current fantasy book I'm reading or the video game I'm playing.
