I do take insurance. The following plans cover me:

  • Premera

  • Blue Cross

  • LifeWise

  • Anthem

  • First Choice Health

  • Kaiser (PPO)

  • Lyra

If you are covered by one of the listed insurance providers, we will determine your copay, if any. I take care of the rest. Easy!

First off, my rates:

Indavidual

  • $200 – initial psychological intake

  • $175 - ongoing therapy sessions, 53 minutes

Couple (I do not accept insurance for couples)

  • $250 - Initial couple intake, 90 minutes

  • $225 - Ongoing couple session, 90 minutes

I know this is the big question: how can I afford therapy?

A person with long hair, wearing a tank top and black pants, carries a backpack and walks along a trail surrounded by yellowish bushes, with mountain landscape in the background during dusk or early evening.

Out-of-Network: If your insurance is not listed, it does not mean we cannot work together. We can use your out-of-network benefits. This means your insurance will reimburse you directly for your therapy sessions. The process goes like this: We hold a session, you pay me directly for the session, I complete and submit an out-of-network claim on your behalf, the insurance company processes the claim, and cuts you a check.

Now, I cannot guarantee that your insurance plan will provide reimbursement. It is your responsibility to reach out to your insurance provider to understand what your out-of-network benefit includes. In my experience, I have not had a client go unreimbursed for their sessions when their plan included an out-of-network benefit.

If you have any questions about navigating your insurance, please feel free to email me, and we can work on this together.
